Shipping Policy

Enjoy nationwide shipping with free delivery on orders of ₱2,500 and above. For orders below ₱2,500, a flat shipping fee of ₱95 applies.

Nuelle accepts orders 24/7. Orders are processed in-house Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Manila: 2–3 business days Outside

• Outside Metro Manila: 4–7 business days

For urgent orders within Metro Manila, same-day delivery is available. Customers may arrange their preferred courier for warehouse pickup. Please note that same-day deliveries are not eligible for free shipping.
